The 6-month ‘Take Back Your Life’ plan
This is the program where the tire really hits the road! Over the course of 6 months we will meet twice a month for 50 minutes. By working through your goals and unique body requirements, together we will formulate a plan that you are comfortable with. This is not about deprivation, calorie counting, or following a dogmatic list of allowable foods. This is about you and your body, and finding balance and harmony together. 3 month coaching plan – One-on-one or group sessions
In this condensed version of the 6-month plan we will meet weekly as opposed to every two weeks. The pace will be a bit quicker, but the methodology and technique are the same.
Personalized Meal Plan Development
By using your personal food philosophy, sensitivities, and tastes I will develop meal plans based on your requirements. Shipping lists and a preparation schedule are included.
For nights when you feel like getting a group together, or perhaps a corporate event, how about a workshop on a healthy topic that is relevant to you. Sessions are personalized, but some examples are ‘Healthy Snacks’, ‘Understanding Food Sensitivities’, ‘Inflammation’, or ‘Healthy Holidays’
Personalized to suit your needs, these can be individual or group sessions. You pick the meals or items, I supply the grocery list, and together we cook up a storm!
I cook, you and your guests watch, or help, if that floats your boat. We determine the menu together, I will take care of the shopping and preparation. Your guests will be well fed and get to take home copies of the recipes we cook.
Grocery Store Tour
Together we will walk the aisles, checking out your favorite foods, as well as those that might be good additions to your pantry. You will learn how to read labels to ensure you are buying health-promoting foods. Through this personalized approach we will make sure that you are armed with food choices that entice you, rather than leaving you wanting more.
Similar to the grocery store, but this time in the comfort of your own home! We will go through your pantry and learn what foods are healing you and what is harming you. Together we will work out substitution options and discuss your future goals and how to achieve them.
